J.D. Power and Associates Honors Craftsman(R) Professional Cordless Drill/Drivers
Craftsman Brand Rated Highest in Customer Satisfaction

to a new customer satisfaction study from J.D. Power and Associates.
Craftsman Professional was ranked highest in satisfying customers with
cordless drills/drivers in the new study.

supporting other power tools; and warranty. Craftsman Professional received
a score of 806 out of a possible 1,000 and was the top-ranked cordless

versatility of the battery system, and warranty.
