Associate Networks
Sears Holdings supports associate networks that reinforce the inclusiveness of all associates and customers. At Sears Holdings, diversity is a key business imperative -- one supported by the goals and activities of the associate networks.
Sears Holdings has seven Associate Networks that support Sears Holdings business priorities and leverage individual and collective strengths to drive sales, meet diverse customer needs and help attract, develop and retain diverse talent. The networks have moved from traditional affinity groups to becoming business partners as well as maintaining support for their associate members.
Additionally, associate networks are:
- Voluntary, non-profit groups, open to all associates, formed by associates who share common interests, goals and issues.
- Groups that dialogue on strategies to enhance their professional and personal growth.
- Resources to Sears Holdings on serving the constituency they represent from customer, associate and community standpoints.
