Business Analyst

Position Summary
As a vital member of a specific business unit, the Business Analyst will:

• Gather and analyze data and generate insights from that data
• Use those insights as the basis for developing new corporate initiatives that drive business impact
   for Sears Holdings Corporation
• Lead specific initiatives developed through the insight generation process all the way through
   implementation

Essential Functions
• Coordinate with Leaders in business units across the organization to identify and prioritize areas
   for improvement
• Gather data and execute thoughtful, robust business analyses
• Generate insights and formulate data-based hypotheses
• Prepare recommendations, financial business cases and presentations for senior management
• Foster teamwork and work well in a collaborative team environment
• Lead small groups of individuals in support of specific initiatives
