Finance Full-time – Rotational
Position Summary
The analyst will rotate between various businesses and functional areas and will be responsible for 3-5 special projects over a 12-24 month period. These special projects, responsibilities, and the relationship with the business units will facilitate acquisition of general business knowledge of various business designs that comprise Sears Holdings Corporation. With the knowledge gained in this position, the analyst is well positioned for placement within SHC business units or other corporate finance functions. This position has a high degree of interaction with senior management.

• Commodity Hedging
• Effectiveness of technician workforce incentive plans
• Pricing – Category Role Definitions
• Inventory management
• Call Center Productivity - Evaluate opportunity to redirect stores calls through centralized call center
• Network Capacity Optimization (Retail, Logistics and Services)
• Major capital projects post-audits and analysis
• Store operations
• Internal and External Benchmarking - Merchandise productivity analysis
• Supply Chain Process Improvement - (Retail stores and Supply Chain)
• Customer Experience and innovation initiatives
