Where You’ll Train

What You’ll Do First
As a Loss Prevention intern you will work in the corporate office and in the field (stores), experiencing first-hand what goes into a successful loss prevention business. The internship program is divided into three phases, each lasting a few weeks. First, you’ll work directly with the Director of Operations, developing project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Next, you’ll rotate through and participate in various functions of a store, including Operations and Loss Prevention.  This rotation will give you a broad view of the retail and loss prevention industry. Finally, you will return to the corporate office where you will be assigned several challenging projects which will allow you the opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience gained in the store. Your experience will culminate in a special project in which you’ll perform analysis of a business problem within the company, assessing its root causes, current state and potential solutions.  You’ll also compare data from the competition and look for industry best practices.

What You’ll Do Later
Successful completion of your internship may lead to full-time employment in our Loss Prevention department.
